Two bugs reported by artdaq have been resolved:
Bug #9672: Unintentional error when migrating to secondary product-reading has been fixed.
Bug #8891: Using art::ServiceHandle’s in module destructors was not working. It has been fixed.
Some new features:
Issue #8893: Mis-spelling of ‘filters’ produced very confusing error message; error message is improved
Feature #1191: Comments in file lists are now allowed
A bugfix release (1.15.02) will be made, including the above bug fixes and features. Lynn says maybe basic art by Monday, LArIAT needs sooner.
We discussed moving file-level data products to a higher priority, thus effectively lowering the priority of ROOT 6 support. Brian says this is important to NOvA. He argues LArIAT and MicroBooNE are likely to want the same. NOvA wants it for oscillation analysis; histograms are aggregated at the file level rather than the run level, because they span runs.
