2.06.00: root 6.08, gcc 6.2
Schedule for moving to Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
Needs new gcc abi, cannot support without a release root 6.08.
Plan is to release both 14.04 LTS and 16.04 LTS for next minor art release and then 16.04 LTS only after that.
The resolved issues were discussed.
There was an extended discussion of the advantages/disadvantages of switching to the macOS native clang compiler for the art suite.
