We went over the breaking changes in art v2.10 again (see release notes).
NOvA has finished moving to art v2.
The Fortran ABI in gcc 8 is changing, so all fortran code will need to recompile.
If you use Clang & Fortran together, you must have gcc 6.4 listed as a dependency in your product_deps in your c2 clauses.
