Disabling delayed reading of events has been implemented.
The mu2e autoparsing problems were solved by defining ROOT_INCLUDE_PATH at runtime so that dictionaries can be found.

ROOT 6.08/00 has been released. There are still some problems to be resolved with ROOT. Patches are being worked on.
art suite 2.06.00 feature release will happen as soon as ROOT is patched. A first round of patches to ROOT have been made by the ROOT team, but some problems have reappeared during testing, so there will have to be another round of patching.
art multithreading work is progressing.
cet::ostream_handle interface improved so that it is no longer necessary to distinguish between owning and non-owning uses.
This is a breaking change, however this is an internal routine, we know of no experimental users.
