Issues 896, 3984, 11417, 11913, and 11951 were resolved.
Issue 896 was implemented with the maxEventsPerFile parameter of the RootOutput module.
Issue 3984 was implemented.
Issue 11417 is nearly complete. The remaining work involves implementing tracking of event ranges per aggregated run or subrun data product.
The fix for issue 11951 can be applied on the fly, if you need it immediately, by dropping commit:
cetlib:source:perllib/cetskelgen@6490f4f7
into the cetlib/bin directory.
The fix for issue 11913 was pushed to the ROOT 6 art branch. Herb Greenlee was asked if it is necessary to backport this fix to the ROOT 5 branch, and he indicated that this is not needed at this time.
We had one new issue:
8987 sam_metadata_dumper should only write the basename into the JSON output
The directory info in the filename is not relevant, the request is to remove that part from the output. There were no objections, so this change will be implemented.
