The resolved issues were presented.
A new option, –branch-ids, for the file_info_dumper utility has been provided to help with diagnosing problems with art file merging.
Rob Kutschke proposed that an art wiki page be developed with guidelines on art dataflow design to ensure that experiments do not accidentally design a flow that prevents file merging.
A vastly improved event range set merger will be released in the next version of art.
The art team would like to move the sqlite3 helpers out of art to another lower-level package. No experiments report they are using the facilities.
The art 2.4.0 release is expected to happen next week.
Work is being done on moving to gcc 6.1 but will not happen until there is an official release of ROOT 6 that supports the new ABI (expected end of this month).
NOvA is working with the ROOT team to port gdml file formula handling from ROOT 5 to ROOT 6.
